By accessing or using the My Cards app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.
Encouragement to Retain Physical Cards: While we encourage you to use the app for the convenience of storing and accessing your loyalty and rewards cards digitally, we do not encourage you to purge, destroy, or otherwise dispose of your physical cards. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from such actions.
No Liability for Lost Cards: We are not responsible or liable for any damages or monetary loss due to lost cards, whether they are your original physical cards or digital copies stored within the app.
Optional Account: Creating an account is optional but provides additional features and benefits.
Account Removal: Any unverified accounts are subject to permanent removal, including associated data, within 30 days. Additionally, any unused accounts older than 1 year may be subject to permanent removal.
We are not liable for any lost data. It is recommended that users regularly backup important information and take necessary precautions to prevent data loss.
We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the app after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at any time, with or without cause, without liability.
